How to get a temporary Chinese driver license to enable foreign tourists to drive/ride in China legally?

How far in advance should I submit my application for a temporary Chinese drivers license?
Except Chinese visa copy, you are advised to send us the other documents above at least 1.5 month in advance to enable us to prepare the related permissions for your temporary Chinese drivers license application.
