	Day tour in Chengdu. Take train to Lhasa in the evening.(at 21:37pm), it takes about 36 hours to reach Lhasa.

	Transfer at Xi’ning.

	The train will arrive Lhasa railway station at 09:55am. Local Tibetan tour guide will meet you at the railway station.

	Day tour in Lhasa, acclimate the altitude. Potala palace, Barkhor street, Jokhang manstery etc.
D6	Lhasa - Nangselin manor - - Qingpu temple- Samye monastery	150km	3570m
	Nangselin manor, Samye monastery(the first monastery of Tibet), Qingpu temple. Overnight nearby Samye zhen.
D7	Samye zhen- Yamdork lake - Nagarze - Gyantze	290km	4020m
	Yamdork lake, one of the 4 most important holy lakes in Tibet.

	Visit Palcho monastery in the morning. Explore Shigatse in the afternoon.

	Drive to Damxung via S304 provincial road.
